ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the application value of magnetic-controlled capsule endoscopy (MCE) for gastric diseases in physical examination of asymptomatic population. Methods Data of 211 asymptomatic individuals who received MCE examinations from July 2015 to December 2016 in Changhai Hospital were collected and rctrospectively analyzed. The tolerance and safety of MCE were studied by analyzing the detection rate for the focal lesions and the rate of endoscopy transfer. Results Among 211 patients, the detection rate of the gastric focal lesions was 9.5% (20/211).The detection rate in male was higher than that in female (P<0.05).All patients completed MCE examination successfully and no adverse event was reported. Conclusion MCE,a non-invasive endoscopic modality,is safe and better tolerated than conventional endoscopy, and can be used as a promising approach to screening the gastric diseases in asymptomatic population due to high detection rate of these diseases.

ABSTRACT

Objective To obtain the normal ranges of different parameters in static posturography. Methods Different parameters' values of 117 normal persons (10~19 years old) were detected by static posturography while they were in opening and closing eyes situations. Results The mean values of different parameters in opening eyes situation are significantly lower that in closing eyes situation(P<0.01). The values from the male and the female demonstrate no significant difference, values from 10~19 years old group and 70~79 years old group are significantly higher than from 20~69 years old group(P<0.01). Conclusion The static posturography is a perfect measure to analyze and evaluate the balance ability of human body in exact quantification, and could be one of the routine clinic tests, supplying quantificational, intellective and facile method for diagnosis and evaluation of dizziness and balance ability.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the expression of ATPase F1? in colorectal cancer(CRC) tissues and in LoVo cells, and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods:Expression of ATPase F1? protein in 44 CRC specimens and their adjacent normal tissues(August 2007 to December 2007,Changhai Hospital) and ATPase F1? mRNA in 8 colorectal cancer tissues and their adjacent normal tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry EnVision assay and RT-PCR,respectively.Expression of ATPase F1? on the cell surface of LoVo cells was observed by immunofluorescence. The inhibitory effect of anti-ATPase F1? antibody on the proliferation of LoVo cells was evaluated by CCK-8 assay. Results:Expression of ATPase F1? in the 44 CRCs were significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues as detected by immunohistochemistry(P0.05).Expression of ATPase F1? was observed on the cell surface of LoVo cells, and anti-ATPase F1? antibody significantly inhibited the proliferation of LoVo cells(P
